Bulma's Your Mother?!
In a conversation with Goku about whether he already knows Trunks' mother, Trunks says, "She's standing right there." Goku, surprised, falls down on the ground laughing and says, "Bulma's your mother?!"
What's a Goku?
During a showdown with Frieza and King Cold, Trunks says, "Well, sorry Frieza. But I'm cancelling your date with Goku," to which King Cold asks, "What's a Goku?"
It's Over 9,000!!
"It's over 9,000!!"
After Nappa asks Vegeta about Goku's power level, Vegeta responds with this now famous line while crushing his scouter.
No Sense of Humor
"Forget it! I won't train anyone with no sense of humor!"
King Kai gets angry after Tien, Yamcha and Chiaotzu just stare at him after he jokes around with them.

Dragon Ball always managed to work in some, um, mature humor int the series. We could fill an entire list with Master Roshi's pervy moments. Here though, Goku finds out that Bulma doesn't have any balls, to which Bulma thinks he's referring to Dragon Balls, not, you know, the other kind.

At Least It's Not Pink
"It's the latest fashion on planet Yardrat, but I guess it does look a little strange," Goku tells Vegeta after he asks him about his "absurd looking outfit." Goku continues, "... but at least it's not pink!"

After first being ignored by Goten, Vegeta yells to Chi-Chi after she fails to recognize that he shaved off his moustache. Sure this is from Dragonball GT, but it had to be included.
