"Penguins of Madagascar" movie quotes bring the lovable Dreamworks penguins from the "Madagascar" film series back for their own feature film. In "Penguins of Madagascar," the back story of the four penguins from Madagascar, Skipper (voiced by Tom McGrath), Kowalski (voiced by Chris Miller), Rico (voiced by Conrad Vernon) and Private (voiced by Christopher Knights) is told. The penguins join a super-secret elite underground inter-species task force known as the North Wind, which works to help animals who cannot help themselves.
With the North Wind, including with other North Wind members Classified (voiced by Benedict Cumberbatch), Short Fuse (voiced by Ken Jeong), Corporal (voiced by Peter Stormare) and Eva (voiced by Annet Mahendru), the penguins must take down the evil octopus Dr. Octavius Brine (voiced by John Malkovich) before he takes over the world. The task won't be easy, especially since they're penguins out trying to fight crime, but it sure will be comical.

That's a Baby Squid
Skipper: "Alright, you! Give us the goods."
Kowalski: "Sir, that's a baby squid."
Skipper: "Sorry, laddie."
Skipper is looking for a squid that he can interrogate to gain information. Driven by that goal, he grabs up the first squid he sees, which is, unfortunately, just a scared baby.
We Gotta Blend In
Kowalski: "We've arrived in the center of Dublin, Ireland."
Skipper: "We gotta blend in. River dance!"
The penguins know they need to blend in when they arrive in Dublin, Ireland. Something says river dancing penguins is not exactly the best way to remain inconspicuous.
Dribble Me

Skipper: "Private, Dibble me… We're not going anywhere with you." [Loudly chews a Dibble] "We don't even know who the heck you are."

Dave: "Hello? Hello?"
Kowalski: "But, now we can hear you."
Short Fuse: "So annoying!"
Kowalski: "But we cannot see."
Short Fuse: "Every time!"
Classified: "It's like talking to my parents."
While Dave was successful in hacking into their systems, like anyone who has tried to use voice conferencing over the Internet, he can't quite figure out how to use his microphone and webcam together. How frustrating!
We're Going in Hot
Skipper: "Follow me, boys! We're going in hot!"
Private: "Hot! Hot! Hot! Hot! Hot! Hot! Hot! Hot! Hot! Hot!"
Skipper: "No one likes a show off, Private."
When Skipper says they are going in hot, he did't mean that they'd actually be on fire. Private, however, didn't seem to get that memo.
Are You My Family?
Private: "Are you my family?"
Kowalski: "You don't have a family and we're all gonna die."
Private: "What?"
Skipper: "What's the matter with you, Kowalski?"
Private, having just hatched from an egg, wonders if the three penguins in front of him are his family. While the penguins confer for a moment to come up with something good to say, Kowalski gets all awkward and says something dumb in the moment.
You Just Mermaid My Day
Kowalski: "We'll need a diversion."
Skipper: "You're up, Private."
[Private arrives dressed as a mermaid]
Skipper: "You just mermaid my day."
When tasked with creating a diversion, Skipper does not let his team down. What could be more distracting than a penguin dressed as a mermaid?
It's Flipping Useless
Classified: "You were supposed to handcuff them."
Short Fuse: "But, they don't have hands. They just have flippers, and I have flippers! So it's flipping useless!"
Short Fuse goes postal when he is unable to handcuff his targets. In his defense, handcuffing animals who have flippers using only flippers isn't quite the definition of easy.
